Butcher dates for 2025 are as follows:

  • October 28th
  • November 4th

Meat is typically ready for pick-up about two weeks after your butcher date.

 

This is the deposit only.

 

Pork is sold by the hanging weight at $2.79/lb - $2.59/lb and Kingbird Cattle will provide you with a final invoice for the remainder due after we gather hanging weight information from the butcher.

 

Customer pays processing directly to the butcher at time of pick-up.

  • Once your deposit is recieved, we will reach out to you to find out which of our butcher dates work best for your schedule! Beef will ready for pick-up roughly two weeks after the butcher date. If you are unable to make the trip to the butcher, we can arrange a meet-up at one of our drop-off locations in Green Bay or Milwaukee. You can select your pick-up preference during checkout.
