Butcher Dates for 2026 are:

  • August 11th
  • September 8th

Beef is typically ready for pick-up about two weeks after your butcher date.

 

 

This is the deposit only.

 

Beef is sold by the hanging weigh at $3.79/lb - $3.59/lb and Kingbird Cattle will provide you with a final invoice for the remainder due after we gather hanging weight information from the butcher.

 

Customer pays processing directly to the butcher at time of pick-up.

  • Once your deposit is recieved, we will reach out to you to find out which of our butcher dates work best for your schedule! Beef will ready for pick-up roughly two weeks after the butcher date. If you are unable to make the trip to the butcher,we can arrange a meet-up at one of our drop-off locations in Green Bay or Milwaukee. You can select your pick-up preference during checkout.
